Roof Leak

This loss was due to a damaged roof during a huge rainstorm. As you can see from the before photo a massive amount of water was seeping in.

When SERVPRO arrived we tarped the roof to stop any additional damage to their home. 

When any ceiling is this saturated with water it is a danger due to a possible ceiling collapse. As you can see in the after photo the drywall & insulation have been removed with the ceiling joists cleaned to prevent any mold growth.

The homeowners where pleased that it only took the crew a matter of days to complete the demo and drying of the ceiling and it is now ready for rebuild!
